Edwin Preble was a master surveyor whose documented work for the United States government is held at the Smithsonian museum. His other local historical contributions are being hidden from the community, including donations and conservation efforts. By misrepresenting the historical value of his legacy.
-
Town lines- Preble corrected town lines back in early 1900s currently town lines have been adjusted to cover prior corrections of Preble, in effingham N.H. and tamworth N.H. town lines indicated by Preble in Strafford County Register. Alterations currently have taken place to town lines in boundary line agreement and other alterations between 2017-2019, causing zoning issues and economic development issues with the community, currently an issue going on!
-
Homestead Deed - In1981 David sands name on Original Homestead deed & again by David sands in 2018, both deeds show altering the property homestead owner name to a name someone that never owned the property. Then misrepresented further with timber access deeds. *When corrected with proper family homestead name, it that being on the key grid location to prove ownership. Being a land grid is on the land to prove ownership.
-
Historic documents- hidden by the local historic society, being other documents of Mr. Prebles have been sent to Smithsonian Institution the historical society & Masonics tied to Mike Sweeney and Harry Merrow both tied to timber deed misrepresentation and have withheld information for public records in order to make historical reference appear correct.
-
Donations- alterations to who donated Masonic temple, the town hall, rail road easement, conservative land, library and more currently the town library comes back to frank lord, just like alterated 500ac map with frank lords name, but research shows Elisabeth swett Preble was the donating person, other Preble donations and conservation land have been altered donations names (donated the Whittier bridge and railroad easement that will be used for ossipee rail trail.)
-
Map Alterations- true ownership misrepresented, with the help of local surveyor hiding the homestead actual location, alterations on deed done by David sands and Thomas Walker with the fact and other documentation can prove this alteration of the estate map by white mountain surveyor, also how Thomas Walker and David sands continue to misrepresent the land and grid, misused electric easements to claim land
-
Demolition of original Masonic temple- 15 moultonville road building was attempted to be demolished recently by John smith hiding in town minutes. Historical documents will prove the building is over 100 + years old. Originally donated by Mr Preble as the first Masonic lodge, with demolition of the 100 +years old structure will help erase the legacy of Mr Preble
-
Alterations of tax records, misuse of easements, and alteration of electric easements- Multiple easements are being misused, for accesss to land and later alterations being made by individuals.
-
500Ac Original lot map alterations- In hiding the original 500ac lot corners to cover estate map from the lookout location on rt16 to Dan hole with a misrepresented easement to hide the conservation from there and misuse timber deeds to sell off the land and misuse.
Individuals Involved

-
Lawyers- David sands misrepresentation during the State v sands case can be proven with all the deeds belonging to the preble family that have been altered. Robert Varney no passed, was a Carroll county judge for many years.
-
Surveyor- White mountain surveyor altering monuments in order to misrepresent Prebles' estate map the corner to lot. In order to alter property lines to place at their discretion being a way to misrepresent the actual property and misrepresent the 500ac lot lines (we have notarized letter from our prior owner stating that she was misrepresented as to what she owned by white mountain surveyor, can show what they put on record today is completely misrepresented!)
-
Historical society- People involved with the historical society have hidden documentation from Edwin prebles family collection to alter historical records and donations of the Preble family. Well also knowingly lives on the land Preble had in conservation subdivided
-
Masonic temple- former and current selectman, claims only timber access deeds. Misrepresenting deeds by switching homestead lots with the local churches or Masonic temple deeds.
